Premier Cricket: Bulldogs thumped

09 Feb, 2012 01:06 PM
FOOTSCRAY-Edgewater copped a 91-run hiding from Prahran in Victorian Premier Cricket firsts at Merv Hughes Oval on Saturday.

The Bulldogs were all out for 244 in their chase of the 336 target after admirable performances from opener Dean Russ (53), all-rounder Tallan Wright (49) and wicketkeeper Dylan Kight (39).

The Doggies will be hoping to get back in the winners' circle when they venture to Frankston Peninsula on Saturday for the start of a two-day clash.
