Description:
TrailerParkProductions present an intriguing window into the behaviour of human beings with a production of GOOD WORKS at Revolt Theatre – Kensington from 18 – 28 January 2012.

One of many events being delivered in the western suburbs, TrailerParkProductions is committed to generating new talent through great Australian playwrights addressing issues in society that result from being pushed into unfathomable situations. Go west and expect to question how you deal with love and hardship to the extremes.

Directed by Karra Peppler, Artistic Director of TrailerParkProductions, Karra is excited to be bringing together a team of actors experienced in creating riveting independent theatre. Previous direction includes Top Girls by Caryl Churchill in 2009 and AdFEST 2009 co-curated with Yvonne Virsik, MUST Artistic Director.

Kristopher Brown made his professional acting debut at 16 years old as a recurring guest in children’s television series Cyber Girl. Graduate of Theatre Studies at Queensland’s Griffith University, previous roles include Horatio in The Spanish Tragedy and Brain in Homeostasis.

Hannah Gott is a graduate of the VCA’s Acting Studio and has appeared in TV shows such as The Temperature Rising and Captain Mysterious and the League of Awesome.

Wallis Murphy-Munn studied at The Gaiety of Acting in Dublin, Ireland before returning to Melbourne after 10 years abroad. She has produced and performed in numerous short films and productions since her return.

Josh Karlik, a Drama and Geosciences graduate has numerous productions under his belt and is debuting in his first lead as Shane Grogan for TrailerParkProductions.

GOOD WORKS is a distinctive and remarkable Australian play.

GOOD WORKS is an intuitive digression into what we are capable of in the most ultimate of situations.

GOOD WORKS is a rarity – love and homosexuality just is.

“Most people never have to face that at the right time, the right place, they are capable of anything”- GOOD WORKS

"a searing expose of inhumanity" – Bruce Parr, 1996
